No, but you can buy the QR handlebar clip seperately for it

No. It only comes with a helmet mount. you have to buy the bracket separately.

No it doesn't. but does come with a helmet mount which is really good, solid and secure and nice cause it's always pointing where you look but if it's raining all you see it the rain in front of your face. So i really need to buy the mount. check cause there are two to choose from. Brilliant light though i am very very pleased with it.

Sadly no.
I think the 'Joystick' comes with the two options - Helmet and handlbars.
Pity as one would think that the Diablo being a little more weighty it might find a resting place on the handle bars.
If you have a choice of the two - Diablo or Joystick.
i would not think twice - Diablo.
Really bright.

No you have to buy this seperatley, it is for sale on Wiggle and it is great, very sturdy.

No - it only comes with the helmet mount.
You can however by the bar mount and adapter seperately.
I use it on my helmet for road riding and its absolutely first class (I also have a Maxx D on the bars but the diablo is brilliant on its own)

No this item does not come with a handlebar mount, it just comes with the helmet mount, and a lanyard.

600 on medium, 300 on low. Note that on full the will run on this setting for only about 20 minutes, not the hour plus that Exposure claims.
