Are the finger liners stitched into the outer layer?
Are these gloves stitched at the finger?

I find with many winter gloves, if the lining is not stitched into the outer then, if you take them off mid-ride, the lining will come partially out within the fingers and it's almost impossible to get your fingers back in, particularly in the wet.
