Can I use this with my Ultegra 6700 triple set up?

Hi there, I have Ultegra 6700 triple running an 11-28 cassette at the rear. Would this cassette (12-30) be a straight replacement for the Ultegra one? And would I need to add extra links to the chain?

Think it may just be possible. As you have a triple you will probably have a medium cage rear derailier alreadythere is a limit to how small you can go with the small cage, i think it's 28, but look around, it may be ok ( there is a small screw on the dropout which you can adjust to make the derailier more upright so that it will climb a bigger gear)

Think your chain will be fine, especially running a triple, you should never run the extremes anyway (large front chainring, largest rear sprocket)
