If you have the Shimano '105' non-sti brake levers, then the 'M-System' cable set is fully recommended by Shimano.
If you have the combined brake&gear sti levers, Shimano recommends the 'SLR' type cable set (same outer width) -because the cable outer is slightly more flexible to fit under handlebar tape.
