Doesn't seem to be. I just purchased this seat for my Giant Boulder mountain bike with disc brakes and I can't fit the rack on to the bike. I've been on to the Hamax website and there is no mention of fitting for disc brakes and I can't find any other rack options. Disappointed with the lack of info available.
