I don't know about size, but I did found the finger sizing a little narrow (and I don't have fat fingers).
The wind proofing is achieved by a plastic layer sandwiched between two merino layers.
I washed my pair of these and the layers got all out of sink, the membrane tore and now they're not windproof or water proof. Be really careful when you wash them.

Your measurements would place you as a medium but I would suggest a size up to a size Large to allow for a bit more breathing space in the glove as too tight and this will actually create colder hands. Merino wool isn't windproof but these gloves have a windproof and waterproof membrane that gives the windblocking properties to the gloves.
