I ordered a box of 24 in August 2011 and they have a use by date of November 2012, so loads of time, I will have gone through a few box's by that time.

Question
CHO and Digestion
Can you tell me the CHO value per sachet and how quickly these are absorbed. Have found Carboom to be quick and Torq to be to slow. Being diabetic I need them to be as quick as possible and preferably high in CHO, not fussed on other nutrients.
Prefer sharp flavours if you can recommend. Sorry for all the questions and thanks in anticipation.

These gels are pretty sweet, but Jet blackberry, mandarin/orange or triberry would have the sharpest flavour

Hi Daffy32,
I find the taste great and absorbed in approximately 15-20 minutes. The tri berry has a real kick - added 2X caffeine, but the regular all taste good, vanilla is my favourite, but they are all good to be honest
per sachet = 25g of carbs, 100 k/cal.
hope it helps a bit, I would suggest definitely giving them a go as I have tried most and find them really good
