I am using it to build up my Carbon bike. Guess you just need to be careful and not overtighten the clamp. Its holding my frame to allow me to fit chain, adjust gears, brakes etc. Not sure I would want to remove bottom on this workstand.

It'll work with any frame as long as the down tube it's too large

Should be OK for a carbon frame as the bracket is a rugged plastic, and the clamp is made from the same material. No damage evident on my aluminium frame, and wouldnt recommend it if there was any Danger of damage. all in all good quality stand at a good price

Hi there yes l would say this will be ok for a carbon frame.
All l would say is where the clamp comes round onto your down tube just put a piece of cloth between the frame and clamp to protect the paint.

Hi, it is quite suitable for carbon frames, the only issue I have found with this stand is that it does not suit di2 bikes with the battery below the bottle cage.
Hope this helps.

The clamp extends by unscrewing the plastic nut and letting the spring extend the clamp.

You can't adjust the height
The centre of the bottom bracket will sit 32inches off the ground
