One waterproof pocket. Rest of bag is not fully waterproof but very nearly. Used mine on a wet Fred Whitton challenge in 2011 and my stuff stayed pretty dry.

WRT Waterproof features, this sack is better than most, but I've not run through a seriously bad strom with it on.

there is a waterproof pouch in the top of the park which is water proof, I have taken in out in moderate rain (not storms ) and pretty much no water got in

It's not that waterproof - a good shower on a mountain top will result in damp contents. I use the waterproof cover that came with my Deuter Race - it fits the Speedlite better!
