Tufo' best selling road racing tyre with it's unique properties within this tyre/weight category. High inflation pressure - minimal rolling resistance. Good wear characteristics and puncture resistance.

Yes. You can purchase a small plastic removal tool (which comes with the puncture sealant made by Trufo), or you can improvise with workshop tools. The extenders do a good job and do not leak.

Yes, if you're putting Tufo sealant in it will have the tool with it.
