I think Medium will fit best when wearing, but be careful of stretching. I had medium and they ripped so replaced them with large (6'0, 34")

Sizes on-line are accurate. My dimensions same as yours and I bought Med. Fits me well

I would probably go for the large, but if you get the wrong size they are really easy to return. But yeah I'd go for the large.

My inside leg is 30" and waist 28". I would suggest small. Good length and will not be tight.

What is the leg length?
I'm a size 10-12, but only 5ft 2 tall, most of these trousers come up quite long. However, am prepared to roll them up if necessary.

I have a 30" waist - so what would be the best size (for a lady)

I am same height. I bought small and they fit perfectly. No need to roll up, and they don't sit on floor.

i'm 5'6" with the same inside leg - the leg length on the small is perfecrt 0- the draw back is there is no draw cord on the waist and it fits a little loose - i'm a 30-32" waist so not asuper slim -

Depending on your waist size, if your waist size is smaller than 33", I would suggest the small would be the best fit.

If I was you I'd err on the side of caution.
Always go a bit bigger when ordering cycling clothing.

I have a 36" waist, 31" inside leg and ordered the large and they fit great.
You can always return it if it doesn't fit.

The garment is not cut baggy so a size Small is the best fit for a Ladies 8.

The waist has a high rise, to keep out drafts and to cover the waistband of the wearers non waterproof leg wear.

The ankles are fully adjustable - allowing you to take out any excess fabric here.

The dimensions of the trousers in the retail bag is 370x280x30mm.
In the stuff sac that comes with the trousers the dimensions are approximately 90x80mm (height x diameter).
Weight for size Large is 240g including stuff sac.
