Question
Standard Campy brake cartridge pads?
I have 2009 Veloce skeleton brakes, but the brake pads are not the cartridge type, like these new calipers have. I am thinking about buying these just for the brake shoes since aftermarket brake shoes cost this much anyway. Will these take standard Campy brake pads (like Swissstops) or have the pads been redesigned too? And will the brake shoes fit in my 2009 calipers?

You can run campagnolo calipers with shimano levers but for optimum performance we would recommend using matching brands. Also campagnolo calipers do not have a quick release mechanism on the caliper (it's located on campag levers) so you wouldn't be able to open the caliper when removing the wheels.
