I am 182 and 80 and Large fits me with a suitable bit to spare. I'd guess at XL or XXL if there is one...

As I said in my review, I'd recommend to buy it one size smaller than usual (applies to all Gore jerseys I have). It still wont't fit too tight - unless you'v got a belly or you're a Rugby Pro ;-)

According to the label inside:
SHELL: 92% Polyester; 8 % Elastane Windstopper membrane; BACKING: 92% Polyester; 8 % Elastane; INSERT: 85% Nylon; 15% Elastane.
The coloured parts (e.g. white or yellow) are very elastic, the black material seems to come up to the wind stopping function and is not rubberized or so.
