If you mean handle bar ends, then no. If you mean handle bar end plugs, then yes. Black plastic ones.

You may need to move your brake lever and shiftersin wards a little, but that's nothing of a job..unless your bars are cluttered up with other stuff.

Took me 10 minutes to fit both sides

Your grips are 20cm? These aren't that long so they will fit fine in place of what you have.
