On the Dorico Team seatpost. How much of the 280 mm seatpost can be outside the seat tube?

The 350mm post has a 100mm minimum insertion leaving 250mm for height adjustment. The 280mm post has a 80mm minimum insertion leaving 200mm.

Question

Is the Dorico compatible with oversized 7x9 or 7x10mm rails used in Fizik Kurve new saddles or with oversized carbon rails?

I was going for a Fizik Kurve trial but my LBS 's mechanic was adamant that single bolt systems such as the one in my FSA 280 are not recommended with those saddles. Apparently only 2 bolt seatposts or the Fizik Cyranos are compatible. Do you have any insight on this please? Your help is as alway much appreciated, thanks in advance
