answer 1
Sure but I wouldn't swim with it.
I use mine to gather data on "Free Workout" while I'm doing weight training.

The heart rate monitor and pedometer will work for cycling too, but I'm not sure it any of it bits are waterproof enough to swim with.

answer 5
Hi Palle,
Micoach is designed as an aid to running and uses a stride sensor attached to your trainer laces to measure the distance you cover. It combines this data with that from a heart rate monitor (HRM) to coach you to fitness.
The stride sensor does not work when cycling (I've tried) but you can still use the HRM. You may be better off with a system that uses GPS and HRM for cycling
DO NOT wear it for swimming, it is not waterproof ;o)
Cheers, Phil

I doubt it mate, i don't think the pacer or hear rate monitor is water-proof. ALso, i think you would find it quite difficult to swim with ear-phones if you want to hear your updates on heart rate etc.

It's great for training running. don't recKon it would be waterproof for swimming and it won't pick up speed/cadence etc on the bike. Probably look at Polar for Tri.
