Yes it is. Cutting seat stays has a negative impact on stability and consequently handling. It also invalidates the warranty.

Question
Are RED and WHITE/RED the same?
The picture shows 3 color (colour) configurations - one that is mostly blue, one mostly black, and one mostly red. There are three choices based on the frame color at Wiggle - white/blue, red and white/red. Would you please clarify which color configuration "white/red" indicates?

The Blue is the top image. The Red is the mainly red frame with white details. The White/red is the lower left colouring with black forks and red details.
