Hydration The isotonic formula allows faster hydration and better gastric draining, helping to improve performance and endurance, and avoid muscular injuries. Recommended Use Drink Hydrate & Perform during warm-up (150 to 300 ml) as well as regularly during and after exercise (150 ml every 15 minutes). Hydrate & Perform is ideal for intense or prolonged exercise and recommended for any sporting activities in hot weather when fluid and electrolyte loss is accelerated. The isotonic drink mix contains four carbohydrates whose rates of absorption by the body are different (maltodextrin, fructose, sucrose, dextrose).
