I would say 56cm at a minimum. Prob a 58. I am 5 10 and the 56 feels a nice fit to me.

The 56cm would be better out of the two but I would have recommended a 58cm for best fit.

Question
Appropriate for longer rides?
I am doing john o groats to lands end. Is this bike appropriate, in terms of comfortable body position, or would a typical road bike be better?

A road bike gives you the drops, you can rest on the brake handles and use the normal bars. On a long ride you need flexibility as cramp will set in. TT bikes are ok for relatively short sprint stuff or more but not the distance you are considering.

answer 2
I would not recommend this bike for a long distance ride, you should ride a typical road bike if you wish to ride such a long distance. The position would not be comfortable.

Question
Wheel size - Felt S22
Forgive me for asking a silly question. Are the front & rear wheels a different size. From the description it looks like the rear are 28H and the front 24H - is this typical of TT bikes to have different diameter wheels..?

28H and 24H refers to the number of spokes, and yes, it's normal that they are different. The wheels are the same size though.
