You will also need a top cap for the end of your stem/fork steerer. These usually come with the headset you'll buy for your frame. I'd recommend a hope headset which comes with a "Hed Doctor" or an Echo SL headset which comes with a trick looking drilled out top cap. One other thing you will need are headset spacers to go between the headset and your stem to achieve the right height of your stem for your desired riding position style. I personerally have a 5mm spacer below and above the stem to allow for change of position.

Star nut (not included) and if you're keeping your old headset, you'll need to remove the crown race and put it on the new fork. For all of the above you'll need a crown race removal tool, a crown race setting tool, a star nut and a star nut installation tool. I think that's it - if need a headset, you'll also need a tool to fit the cups.

They will be basically the same fork the OE just signifies that they were originally produced to be fitted on to bikes and often will not come with the packaging that would normally be included for retail sale.

The fork will be stiffer with 20mm axle.
The lowers will twist less and you'll have more precise steering. (Heavier riders will feel the difference more between a 20mm bolt thru axle and a standard 9mm QR axle.)

Question
Can V-brakes be fitted by some means?
Other websites (ChainReactionCycles and Evans) state the 318 has bosses to fit V-brakes. Is it possible to fit V-brakes or are the other sites wrong? Or does the OE version differ to the standard version?
