These do not have cantilever bosses on them so you would need to at least need to buy a disc brake for up front plus a wheel that would take the 20mm axle and a disc brake rotor.

answer 2
This fork is only compatible with disc brakes, so you would need to upgrade to discs.
This fork also uses a bolt through axle, which is not compatible with the wheelset supplied with your bike when it was new.

If you do not currently have a wheel suitable for a bolt through axle you may need to purchase a new hub or wheel. This fork cannot be modified to suit a quick release system.

All products purchased on Wiggle come with a Wiggle guarantee which is explained in detail here: http://www.wiggle.co.uk/h/option/Guarantee

The steerers are uncut so are full length and will require cutting to suit your frame size.
