What size should I pick ?

I usually wear "M" on summer maillots and other jerseys. I'll probably use it over a base layer. According to Sugoi's size guide, I am between S and M. My measurements are: Chest 91cm, Waist 81cm and Hips 91cm. Can you help me to choose the right one ?

I went my normal sizing and because i wear this over my jersey's the slightly larger size is perfect.

For jerseys, the only measurement that matters is that of the chest. Your chest measurement is 91cm. According to the size chart, a small fits 94cm. Since you're wearing mediums in other jerseys, I'd recheck that chest measurement.

I would suggest sticking to the size guide recomendation as I have no prior knowledge of the fit of this item
