Will the Co Pilot Limo child seat fit on this rack?
I bought the Co Pilot but the rack that it comes with does not fit bikes with disk breaks.

You need the disk brake specific rack for the child seat. Wiggle do it http://www.wiggle.co.uk/p/cycle/7/Topeak_BabySitter_Rack_for_Disc_Brakes/5360044574/
It's Just the same except spacing allows for disk brakes. If you bought the whole lot from wiggle suggest you call them to see if you can swap (might have to pay differencein price though)

Unfortunately I couldn't guarantee that the Limo would fit this rack. This rack has the MTX rail system which may get in the way of the Limo fittings. You can try it if you wish and return the rack unused if the child seat does not fit.

As long as the 1st version of the babysitter seat has the MTX rail system then it should fit.

Only if the rack is not currently being used to hold the baby seat the rails should be accessable for the panniers.

I'm not aware of any specific seats designed with full suspension bikes in mind unfortunately. The wide variety of designs, linkages and shock placement makes it very difficult to achieve a standard design that would fit a full suspension bike.

How does this rack fit on the bottom brackets? Will it fit a Niner Sir9 MTB disk frame. There are no holes for a bike rack. Thanks

The rack is designed for bikes that have eyelets on the frame. If your bike does not have frame mounts then you would need to perhaps do a web search for P-clips that would offer a way of attaching a rack. I would perhaps check with Niner as to the suitability of using this type of fixing with your frame though.
