Can you confrim the actualy item description- ie is it 18 packets of the electrolyte chews that come in packets of 6 (total of 108 chews). Each packet Should be 60 grams net weight.

Can you confirm the packaging of each packet (ie is it in a long sleve or are they in a small packet)?

A box comes with 18 packets. each packet contains 6 bloks. The recommendation is 3 bloks an hour. A blok is about the size of a jelly cube and the packets contain the bloks arranged in a line of six so it's a long slim pack.

1 packet is a sleeve of six blocks, so you can take of the end and squeeze them out in turn. They come out easily but are snug enough not to fall out.

Yes, there are 18 packets in each box. In a packet are 6 little bloks. Each packet is 60g, therefore each blok is 10g. It does come in a long thin packet (longer and narrower than a gel). The packet is approx 3cm wide and roughly 22cm long, fits quite comfortably in my hand when running.

answer 7
Six shot bloks in each pack of the long thin variety weighing in at 60grams per pack with 18 packs in a box. The pack makes it easy to squeeze them out whilst riding with one hand and the product is jellied so it does not spill out and cover you with syrup, like some gels can.

I have ordered these from Wiggle before, you get a box of 18 packets.

Each packet contains 6 (I think) jelly cubes. The packet is a long thin packet, with the cubes stacked 6 high, by 1 wide, they just break off easily. Once opened I tend to use the whole packet in 1 go.

These come in a box of 18 long plastic sleeves each with 6 chews in. Each chew is about the size of an old school jelly cube. Hope that helps.

This item has recently been repackaged, the bag with loose blocks has gone and now you get a box with 18 packets(sachets) with 6 blocks in each. This clearly is a much easier dispensement system. I have requested a product description update because it should read 18x60g.

Each cube has 8g of carbs and there are 6 cubes per pack so 48g per pack. This is for the Orange flavour, not sure about the others.

answer 2
For the Orange flavour, there's 8gm of total carbs (4gm sugars) per cube, so 24gm per serve (3 blocks) and 48gm per tube (6 blocks).

The recommended serving is three bloks per hour during excercise. This will give you 300 calories, 24g of carbs, and no fat or protein. The Clif Bar website is really informative and give the nutritional values for all their products. A packet contains 6 cubes, so basically two servings.

8 grams/33 kcal per blok, so 3 bloks (or half the pack) is equivalent to one standard sized gel.

answer 6
There are 6 pieces in each pack. Each piece is 10g each. If you ate all 6 it would be 48g of carbs, 24g of which would be sugars.

answer 7
There are six bloks in each pack and each blok is 10g approx. Clif say a serving size is three bloks providing 100kcals or six bloks providing 200kcals. 24grams of carbs per serving (100grams or three bloks) divided by three giving 8 grams of carbs per blok and 48grams if you eat the pack in one go. So in comparison if you look consuming the pack, roughly twice as many carbs as SIS and about one and a half times more than Lucozade. Hope this helps. Check out Accel Gel and GU for improved results. See reviews.

According to the ingredient list, it is vegetarian, there is no gelatin listed. Its not clear from the ingredients how the 'gel' is made, it seems to be made from rice syrup.
