I was so concerned by your question that I just went to have a go at stealing my own front wheel.
In answer to question no.2, this is not possible if the skewers have been fitted correctly. Part of the mechanism stops you from doing this.
I guess brute force can overcome any physical mechanism - it just depends how much force is necessary. I don't think you could force the mechanism by hand, and I'm not going to try destroying my own bike with a hammer or anything!
Also, in response to the standard "well if a thief really wants your bike" response, I think the key is just to make your bike less susceptible than all the others it's parked with. If you were out looking to steal a bike, I reckon that you might have a pair of wire-cutters with you, but not a hammer (assuming that even works). On that basis, I'm happy with the product.
I haven't got a magnet here (at work) so I'll try to answer that question later on.

As far as i can see having played with mine a fair bit,
1. By a magnet,
I cant see how a normal magnet could effect them have tried it with mine and it doesnt seem to work or effect it.
2. By Brute Force Twisting the Handle 180,
Yeah Sure, but it will need a LOT of force, probibly some tools to help with you with that.
3. Any other Easy methord,
Not as far as i can see, again i have only played with mine for 2 weeks but as far as i can see there is nothing that can easily defeat them.
Hope this of Help

The knobs are straighhtforward and relatively easy to undo with a pliers/grip. I would be tempted to add loctite. Couldnt complete a full test as the saddle cam clamp lever radius was wrong (too small) for my bike (Trek). I advise to try before you buy..
