No is the simple answer. The size is solely based on the foot. If you require a longer length in the leg part, you may wish to purchase the next size up. However, this would only appear to work if your size straddles to size ranges (i.e a size 7 or 8) and is be no means a guarantee of success.

No they only come as foot size. I am a size 7 (41) and have big calfs and they fit me perfect so i would not be concerned about the fit on the leg

I don't know but the 4-7 fits snuggly on me and I have skinny calves!

Unfortunately not - the length of the sock is the same regardless of foot size.

you can fold them over. They not like ordinary socks where they move around. they should stay put . just think folded areas more compression where you need it.

I'm size 8 and had the same issue when I bought them recently for the first time. I didn't want them to be too restrictive, but bought size 8-11 and found they had good compression and worked really well. Don't know how someone size 11 would get into them!

I'm a size 8 and have found these to be a perfect fit.

I'd go for the larger ones; I'm 8.5 and the larger ones fit fine. The danger with the smaller ones is that the distance between the toe and the heel will be insufficient, and it doesn't matter too much if it's not as tight here.

The medium size will cover the size range 8-11.

These are not the best, far better paying more for a specialist compression garment.

These socks compress primarily around the wearer's foot and are graduate through the length of the sock.

This is in order to encourage a more efficient 'venal' blood follow (i.e back to the heart). The result of which, is the removal of lactic and toxins from the muscle to prolong performance.

Other products such as the calf guard by 2XU, don't have a graduated compression and seem designed to counter Delayed Onset Muscle Soreness by limiting the muscle's 'vibration' throughout the runner's stride.
