can i use these to lift my thighs high in the water too?
can i put these between my legs for bouyancy aswell as use them for resistance of arm strokes. will they keep my thighs high in the water?

They are designed to be gripped like normal dumbells so I am not exactly sure how you would hold them in place, but they may work.
