The seatpost size is 31.6mm so it is quite likely that the seat tube size is 34.9mm. You will need to confirm with Bianchi or measure your frame to be sure.

what size band will I need if my frame is 32.15mm diameter?
I'm upgrading a tiagra front mech to Ultregra. There is no idication on the Tiagra mech of what size it is.

I am not aware of this size, I would suggest making sure this has been measured correctly and I would suspect you need the 31.8mm version.

You should find the Ulterga front derailleur works with a Sram rival shifter.
