Questions & Answers for POC Spine VPD Protection Vest

Question
POC Spine VPD Protection Vest: Picture when someone wears it?
POC Spine VPD Protection Vest: how low does this vest comes? Does it protect the lower spine (D12)? I had an accident during mountainbiking and fel down on my back. Automatically the spine makes a curve. With this vest, does it still protect the total spine? (sorry for my bad english)

Yes it does - on me (6'1") the large covers from C8 down to L5/S1 - I bought mine to protect my shoulders and my bad back. Also, the protector is flexible once you have warmed it up on your ride. So a quick check in the shop will not demonstrate the true benefits of this great product. Whilst flexible when warm, if you hit it, the back protector behaves like a piece of wood.

I'm 6'1", 90Kg, 44"chest. The large fits me perfectly. Depending on riding position and length of bike 'top tube', it might be a little long in the back for somebody less than 5' 11".

For the height measurement you have provided I would suggest that you should try medium size, but for the chest measurement none of the sizes would be suitable for you.

Based on your height I would suggest the medium slim may well be the better option for you.
