Technically not, as the clamp ID is 25.4, however I had this running on my fuji track drops for a bit, right next to the stem (26.0mm) with no problems. The concern is you could crush the bar and reduce the structural integrity.

Which brake cables are compatible with these levers?
The clamp's inner diameter is 25.4mm. The provided shim takes that dimension down to 22.2mm.

I've used it with drops near the stem on a fixie. No hoods to lean on but comfortable enough

I wouldn't recommend using these levers on your bar. You should use Road style cross top levers such as the Cane Creek Crosstop Brake Levers or the Salsa Cross Brake Levers.
