Yes. there is all manor of numbers around the screen! If you have a computer and work on heart rate percentages, this will be very benefitial for you. He tends to work on a scale of difficulty, but it's all explained in the intro

I would think this would be a no as cyclists would have different ratio bikes. Heart rate is a more standard method of measurement.

Any turbo trainer you want mate. The video uses heart rates, and your perceived intensity as measurements. I just use rollers :)

any trainer will do - I own a fluid trainer and feel it is better then a mag trainer....

You can use any turbo trainer. It is all based on perceived effort or your lactate threshold
