answer 8
There are 12 tablets in eah tube and eight tubes in a box. Each tablet can be halved, but the effective "dose" is one whole tablet to 500ml of water. I toss one tablet in a pint glass and top it up with cold water.

Question
Sugar free?
The text says they are sugar free, does that mean they aren't sweetened or do they contain artificial sweeteners?

I don't see any mention of warnings of being a source of phenylalanine so I assume there's no aspartame in them but a list of ingredients would be nice to have.

No mention of Aspartme or artificial sweetening on the tube. To be honest it is not sweet at all, well for me anyway. I would suggest you check out www.nuun.com for more info.

For Citrus Fruit, the sweetener is sorbitol - it's a naturally occurring ingredient, and is used in most toothpastes and sugar-free gum.

Full ingredients: citric acid, sorbitol, sodium bicarbonate, sodium carbonate, potassium bicarbonate, natural flavours, magnesium sulfate, sodium benzoate, polyethylene glycol, acesulfame potassium, ascorbic acid, calcium carbonate, beet root and riboflavin-5-phosphate.

Not sure about the other flavours' ingredient lists, but I assume they're similar :)
