You don't need any additional spares. You can change your headset for something more expensive like FSA with quality sealed bearings. Thats all in my opinion.
Three mains things to consider with any fork is the steerer tube size, the brake mounts and more recently, the front axle.
Most bikes run with a standard 1.1/8" headset and forks generally have a 1.1/8" steerer tube to match. If you haven't changed your headset, your bike should be 1.1/8". Check the Marzocchi Website to make sure the fork has a 1.1/8" steerer tube (I'd be surprised if it didn't).
The fork doesn't have V-brake mounts, so if you're not running disc brakes, you'll have to get some. You'll also need to work out if the fork mounts are post mount or IS Mount. If you get this wrong, just buy an adaptor (~$10 Aus). If your hubs aren't disc brake compatible you'll need a new set of disc brake compatible wheels as well.
The front axle isn't your typical 9mm, so you will probably need to replace your front hub. Stuffing around rebuilding wheels isn't much fun so you're better off buying a new front wheel to suit the 20mm axle.
Hope this helps.

These forks should fit your bike. They are primarily for dirt jumping, so you may find them heavier than what you have at the moment. If your bike is still as the stock model, with the quick release front wheel, you would need to change your front hub to a 20mm compatible hub, due to the Maxle system.
