They fit into my Shimano R086 with no problems.

Yes you may need to trim them to fit, if so just trim the front of the sole and not the back.

there is no reason why these shouldnt fit shimano shoes but it does depend on the shoe, these are an aftermarket sole designed for cushioning and supporting the sole.
