I have Sidi ergo 2 and they fit perfect! you trim these to your original insole.

I have the Yellow ones in my Sidi Carbon Tri shoes and they are great. Should be fine, but that's the benefit of the money back guarnatee! May want to try the black ones as they come wider as standard that the yellow.

Hey ya. I just dropped a pair in to my Shimano SPDs and they fit great. I got the size I wanted (45 euro) and just used the existing inner sole from Shimano to make sure it matched perfectly. I hope that helps? Happy riding! Simon

Yes they do but you do need to trim them down to fit inside, you need to remove the existing insole and even then you may find that the shoes are now to cramped in height so it is a risk unfortunately.
