Yes - the only difference is the materials (steel rather than titanium) and the way it is assembled (more individual cogs than carriers).

What are the other sprocket sizes within the 12-29 cassette?
A 29 tooth bailout would be handy but I want to avoid too big a jump from the next lowest gear.

all 11 speed are compatible, though check the spacer mod on the later cassettes, there's a 3.2 mil spacer in them, may not jive with older drivetrains..

Yes. All 11-speed cassettes are interchangeable with the 11-speed groups.

As long as it's an 11sp gruppo you're running, this cassette will be fine with Athena.

it does, I have used my 11 speed cassette on hubs that normally take 8-9-or 10 speed blocks.. just check the dishing of the wheel, but shouldn't be a issue

The cassette will fit on the free hub, but the spacing is different to the ten speed.. try a BBB ten speed cassette, I ordered one from Wiggle and it works well.
