The record chain comes with the joining pin. Make sure it is fitted with the Campagnolo tool designed for it at your bike shop.

One pin is included.
Beware of that you are required to use a special chain-tool to flare the backside on the rivet.

The pin is included but you do also need the right tool to assemble this chain.

You can use any chain you like as long it is 11 speed compatible.

10 speed Record or any other 10 speed chain are a bit wider.
