For a kid or an adult; 2009 or 2010 model?

The picture resembles the GT Oupost Disc model for adults, because the frame of a Outpost 24 have a small bend below the front part of the saddle. So is the sold model in fact the Outpost _24_ model (which seems to be red/black), or is it the XS version of the Outpost Disc for adults? And, by the way, is it the 2009 or 2010 model?
