No but you can get racks that don't need the mounts.

This bike does not have eyelets for rack mounting. You would need to use P-clips to provide a mounting point for a rack.

I have just bought a medium Duster 8, I am 6' and 31" inside leg and I feel really comfortable on mine. Any taller or longer leg and I would definitely go for the large.

Ideally you should ride the Medium size, the Large will be a little too stretched out for you.

Question
How strong is a rack attached with P-clips?
Regarding the above question on racks, I'm not sure what P-clips are. Would a rack with P-clips be as strong as a normal rack?

I have bought a Duster knowing that it had no eyelets (why?) but wanting a rack. I have previously solved the problem using Edinbugh Bike Coop P clips (under rack spares). Done it again this time with a Madison rack from Edinburgh as well. Took some doing and using bit of rubber backing but i have a solid rack now. Martin

P-Clips are metal bands that fit round the frame and provide a mounting point for the rack. They are strong as you would need to physically break through the metal band to release the rack by accident. Otherwise the rack can be removed in the same way as a rack bolted directly to the frame.

Question
Bike to Work scheme & Child Trailer
1. Would this bike be available on the Bike to Work scheme at the advertised price?
2. I am looking at buying a Bumper Explorer Duo trailer (i want a bike trailer that doubles as a stroller). Would this bike accept that sort of trailer, bearing in mind the disk brake and hub gear?

This bike can be bought on the Bike to work scheme at the advertised price but isn't compatible with a trailer that mounts at the QR due to the disc brakes.
