I am 32" in the leg and with the extension these are almost too long for me, so would probably be just right for you.

You've probably solved this problem by now, or got very cold and wet. Why not try on a medium size, either in a shop (and order from Wiggle, almost certainly cheaper), or order and return if they're no good? Wiggle are great about returns (as they should be since the sizing guides are pretty rough and ready).

I bought the Large sizing, & the extended leg measures just under 34" - very close!

With the leg length at full extension these trousers are basically 1" longer than the sizing chart shows. So the Medium has a 32" leg and the Large has a 33" leg. Anything above that and the waist will be far too large.

Question
Altura Attack Waterproof Trousers is it warm?
Hello, I didn't understand, if this trousers contains warmer layer (fleece or something like) or only membrane? Can I use it in the summer time for example?

They aren't fleece lined.
But they would be very warm in summer as they aren't exceptionally breathable so you can get quite sweaty
