Yes. Their website states that the height of the front rim is 22mm, and the rear is 25mm.

Road bikes generally have 700c wheels (28"), if you have 26" wheels you may need MTB inner tubes such as the Continental Quality MTB Inner Tube. It would depend on the width of your tyre as to which one would suit best.

These are fine, you can even use a 26" inner tube in a 700 wheel if you have to.

What difference will it make with each size?

They will all fit your tyres. The 25-35 will be easiest to fit. The 28-37 should also be fine. With the 32-47 you may find you have a little difficulty cramming the tube into the tyre (but it will fit).
I dont know what rims you have but it is worth checking that a 42mm valve is long enough (just measure existing valve). It almost certainly will fit as you dont get many deep aero rims that size.

Different tyre widths require tube width.

700 x 28-37 will fit your Doublefighters.

Yes - I run the Continental valve extensions (which you can find here on Wiggle) on these tubes.

They are easy to fit and should you need them, the valve extensions have full and easy to follow instructions that can guide you through the process.

you need to check out the MTB tubes. they are (nearly) all 26 inches in diameter.
go for one that says something like 26 x 1.3 to 1.75.
