Can this charger be used in any country?
I know the unit comes with a UK plug but can the charger be used in any country, IE australia?

Yep, the charger says anything from 100 to 240V is acceptable. And it doesn't even come with a plug!

Unfortunately not, you will need to use a power converter to use the charger.
