Question
Is it possible to cut down the aero seat post by 1/2cm ?
The medium frame i think is slightly too big but only due to the size of frame integrated seat post, therefore i would like to consider taking a small amount of the white seat post. Is it possible?

You can cut the seat tube down, we would recommend you have a bike shop do this as cutting Carbon is delicate work and potentially unsafe.

The Large size should be ideal given the measurements you have provided. For accurate sizing we would need your height and inside leg measurements, please contact sales@wiggle.co.uk if you need further help with the sizing of this bike.
