How many tyres will one can pump up? Just one?

Yes just one tyre can be repaired. You squirt in the sealant and spin the wheel to spread it out inside the tube. It doesn't inflate the tyre above about 40 psi.

After a few minutes I topped up the tyre using a pump.

I found that it depended on the type of puncture, a small hole sealed quickly and i was able to use it twice. Normally once only though, and the nozzle will block after it's been used after a long period of time.

It would be sensible to remove the object causing the puncture anyway.

answer 2
yes you need to remove the thorn. This is usually pretty straightforward, use your finger to feel the tire. MOst times though the pricking agent will have come off in which case you hear the hiss and you have to locate it quickly before the tire is fullly deflated (I suppose you can still pump it up a bit if that happens).

Same as you always would. It does not seal the valve.

answer 2
According to the video caste and instructions no. It will last up to 3 months. I have used it twice and for my own piece of mind I replaced the inner with a spare as soon as i got home! I did this on the usual way, but the last time, I had to leave the valve open over night to allow for deflation.

Used this stuff on a BMX bike with Schraders. Pretty sure I had to remove the core before filling and seem to remember it came with some tool to do just that though I bought it blind and the instructions that came with it got me through. Not a lot of help here then! Soz.
