I have a carbon frame and use it for 750ml bottles. Bottles fit perfect

answer 2
should fit any frame type/material and fits both bottle sizes but a full 750ml bottle can be quite heavy as its not the sturdiest of cages.

I have fitted this to my focus bike, although my frame is alloy, i would suspect it to be suitable.

I currently use a 750ml bottle without any issues, and would also expect to easily be able to use a 500ml bottle if need be.

Question
Circumference of fitting bottle?
I'd be really grateful if someone could measure the circumference of any bottle that fits well in this cage. No previous experience with this sort of cage so don't know what to expect. Thanks.

I bought this cage together with a SIS 800ml bottle on the assumption that all were a fairly similar size. Not sure of the actual measurements, but this combination fit perfectly.
