Yes these cards will work with the Edge 800 computer.

You can use any of Garmin's Map packs on the NUVI 200W. The Nuvi accepts SD card input as well as direct download to the solid state memory unit inside the unit.

The Garmin Discoverer maps have the usual Topo maps but also include Topographical information for fences and usable routes. here is a cut from the Garmin website detailing the added information available on the Discoverer maps:

"The topographic data aids navigation, enabling you to explore the trails with information including rights of way, fences, permitted paths, contours and bridleways"

Yes you can use this map software with the Vista HCx on the Micro SD card.

You can find specific information in the Nuvi 300 manual, there is a link to the 350 manual below which may be of some help. You should be able to simply insert the SD card into the 300 and acces the maps from there.
