Hold the lens at the centre, by the nose protector.
And hold frame with other hand above same place
Pull lens down away from frame, they will start to part then gently pull away from the ends.
To replace simply insert the ends of the lens into the frame, each side, and push the nose area up to meat the frame.

answer 2
Grab the lens in the middle by the nose bridge and gently but firmly pull down to draw them out of the frame, once the middle has come away either end will then easily pop out from their respective side lugs in the frame. Refitting is the reverse of this, locate the lens in the side lugs and push the middle of the lens back into the frame. Dead easy once you are brave enough to pull the lens out from the centre! Hope this helps!

Hold the frame with one hand above the nose piece and pull the centre of the lens with the other hand and the lens will pull out from the frame. Just slightly bend the lens and pull from the edge of the frame to remove. Reverse the procedure to replace the lens.
Make sure your hands are clean before you change the lens or you will have a smudge around the nose piece which will be annoying when you ride. Not the easiest lenses to change.

I start in the centre/by the nose piece - ease/rotate the lens away from the frame by pulling it down a few cm, then it is possible to slide the lenses out by sliding out the lens from the side holders...hmm that makes even little sense than I had hoped it would!

Hi
You might have figured this out by now, but remove the nose grip, then pull the part of the lense that goes over your nose down gently. Once the lens has come down, you will be able to remove the side parts of the lenses from the frame, one side at a time.
Hope that helps.

Glad it's not just me! Hold the frame between finger and thumb at the point that goes over the bridge of the nose. With the other hand hold the lens between finger and thumb at the bottom edge near the nose clip. Pull in opposing directions. Once they've moved about a centimetre, push one of the points at the far edge of the lens to compress it and it will pop out.

You can bend the flexible part of the arms so that they fit closely. This is one of the features that I like about these glasses. Although flexible, they keep the shape that you bend them into.

Not adjustable as such, but you can move the nose piece aroundto get a tighter grip, as it has to be removed anyway to change the lenses. The arms are a sort of sprung rubber so they grip well but don't squeeze. I like the fit.

The nose piece is adjustable in the way that it’s a pliable soft rubber and once moulded to suit your nose should stay there, as for the arms well no adjustment there other than a little flex in the tips.

Only the nose piece. It's easy to bend but also quite stiff so it stays in place.

The legs aren't adjustable, and they do not feel very tight around my head, however they sit under my helmet straps while cycling, so do not move.

I also use them running and surprisingly they sit still without being constricting... I have never been comfortable running in sunnies until these

The nose piece does adjust so that you can sit the glasses further off your nose, but the adjustment too easily moves again, so not really useful adjustment at all.
I can't see how the arms adjust.
I don't need them too though. Super lightweight. Sometimes a little too close to my eyes, but not that noticeable.
Amazing value.

I have a narrow face and find they work very well for daily commuting cycling. The nose rest is slightly adjustable so they sit well on my nose. The straight arms fit well with the helmet. I suppose you get what you pay for; only issue during a head down race is I need to occasionally push them back on my nose as they gradually slide forwards - more a problem from my helmet though. I would buy another pair.

Question
Liesure or more extreme?
When riding on the drops or the hoods wearing my current (budget) shades the top rail of the frame impedes my eyeline, if you know what I mean? My vision is impeded by the top rail of the frame. Are these glasses aimed more at the liesure rider or the more sporting who might adopt amore extreme position when riding?

When on my drops or aerobars I end up looking over the top of these. That's even before I start sweating.
This is whether I am being a leisure rider or adopting a more aero position.
I have rigged up a glasses saver cord (from my sailing kit) to use in races so that with one yank the glasses are wedged onto my eyeballs and won't slip down my nose.
But I got these glasses free from Wiggle, so don't complain and haven't bothered replacing them yet.

The Pro and UltraLite glasses are aimed at both markets but have a more streamlined sporty feel so would be better on the Sporting side of things. You shouldn't have any issues with the frame in your view but this can be different depending on face shape and how the glasses fit on your face.

Simply grab the lense just above the bridge in the centre, pull down the lense about 2cm to 3cm and then carefully remove the lense from each side arm. When replacing, reverse the procedure by putting the side of the lense in each arm and then push the centre of the lense up into place above the noe bridge. A little tricky but once you have done it once it is a no brainer

Pull on the lens from the centre (i.e. where the nosepiece is although no need to take the nosepiece off).

Once you have pulled far enough it will be possible to remove the lens from the arms.

To put the new lens in, push the corner of the lens back into the arms and then slowly push the middle back in.

Not had a problem with these fogging. I think all cycling sunglasses seem to be made of very similar material and whether or not they fog has more to do with how closely they fit you. A small gap allows a little air to circulate and keep them clear.
