if the straps are thge same as the race pro then it should fit. the holder uses velcro that wraps around the strap with more vecro straps to stop it moving up and down when running to much so securing it should be fine.
i did find that it moved quite alot thought.

yes i reckon, it attaches to all the race pro rucksacks.

This can be attached using velcro tabs, these are not included with the bag and will need to be sourced separately.
