Hope Hydraulic Brake Bleed Kit

All the bits you need to suit Pro, Mini, new Mini and Moto levers. A pot of Dot 5.1 fluid and hose for the bleed nipple end is included. Again, a time saving item for any workshop of home use.

Hi,

Yes it includes 250ml of Dot 5.1

What Hope will this fit
I use a 2006 Whyte 46 fitted with Hope brakes, which model i'm not sure but the front brake has the traditional bleed nipple, would this fit,

Hi,

According to the Whyte website, 2006 bikes tech sheet download, your bike is fitted with "Hope Mini Mono M4's 180/200 With Goodridge Stainless Steel Braided Hoses and End Fittings".

The Hope website says the bleed kit fits all Hope brakes.... so I would say yes it will work.

Yes. You don't actually need any parts for the Tech Lever itself (see the videos on Hope's website: http://www.hopegb.com/page_mep_force_4.html )

The kit has adapters to fit all the latest calipers (X2, M4 etc)

So are you sure...
...that this kit works for ANY Hope brake, specifically the Pro Closed System levers? I only ask because another retailer is selling what appears to be the same kit but they say it won't work with Pro levers.

We have included a line under the description tab stating that this kit no longer supports open/closed 2 levers as the caps are no longer included. Pro levers (round cap) are not supported.

The bleed kit will work with the Mono 6 Ti but the lever makes all the difference as the cap on the lever is the only unique part in the kit. You should need the rectangular cap, which is included, but I can't guarantee it without this information.

Believe that Giant mph3 brakes are actually hope, will this kit fit them?
Giant mph3 brakes are fitted to my Giant Terrrago Disc - about 5 years old, the silver and blue model.

This depends on the shape of the reservoir cap on your lever as not all shapes are supplied with the bleed kit. If you contact sales with a picture of the reservoir cap we should be able to confirm fitment.
