I have an old (approx 9 years) axiom power train will this software upgrade it to be able to use the video races or am I better of getting a new one

Unfortunately I can't find the information required to be 100% sure due to the age of the trainer. I would recommend contacting Elite directly who should be able to tell you the upgrade potential of your specific trainer.

yes you can use these dvds with your roller trainer but its like your in a cycle class not like your on a road ride

No this would not be suitable, this would need to be used with your computer and the speed of the dvd is controlled by the trainer.

yes they are just dvds

You should only use these DVD's with the trainers they are specified for.

yes it will but fully recomend geting an cadance meter if you dont alreadt have one
